Reservations & Booking Procedure
Making a reservation with us is quite simple. You can do it online or by contacting us directly.
How do I make a reservation?
Once you have decided on a particular property and received confirmation of it's availability on your dates, just follow these 3 EASY Steps to secure your New York apartment.
Just click on the RESERVE THIS PROPERTY button on the subject property.
Pay the initial deposit of $199 USD. We will place the apartment on courtesy hold for you. You will be issued a booking form and the guest agreement that you must fill out and fax back to us at +1 212 898 0363 to process your reservation. If you do not have a fax machine, you can scan the signed copies and email the forms back to us to reservations@newyorkproperties.co.uk
Once we receive these forms back from you, we will process your reservation and together with your final payment, we will issue your Booking Confirmation with the key collection details and all the specifics of your check in.
FAQ'S
How much do I need to pay at processing?
Depending on how far in advance you make a reservation and the type of property you are renting, and not including the $199 initial deposit, you will be required to either:

Pay the full amount of your stay when your reservation is processed or

Pay 50% deposit at time of processing and the balance due before or when you check in.
How can I pay?
Depending on the particular of your reservation you could pay by:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card
- Direct debit (for our holiday payment plan only)
- Cash / money order
Why do I need to sign a contract?
Well
to be honest, you MUST want to have a contract before you finalize your reservation. It clearly stipulate the terms of your reservation. After all, this is New York and lawyers are extremely busy for a real good reason. So yes, the contract signing is absolutely necessary.
What else do I need to know?
The booking confirmation is just like your receipt for your reservation.
It contains all the specifics of your booking and must be presented on site before you can collect the keys and take possession of the apartment.
Please note that simply making an inquiry does not constitute a reservation nor a booking with us All the apartments in our system are rented on a first come first served basis. Availabilities do change frequently and we can only advise you to act quickly when you find the right apartment.
