Where will we stay?
You will stay at one of our studio apartment in this luxury doorman building in Manhattan. Click to view the accommodations where you could be staying. Ideal for 3 to 4 guests
Do I need a visa?
It really depends of your nationality. If you hold a UK or EU passport, you are exempt of the visa requirement if your stay in less than 90 days. All the others must contact the US consulate in their country of residence. We can only advise you to start the visa application process in advance to avoid any disappointments.
How much money do we need?
Once again it is up to you. Your accommodation, return flight and transfer are included in the price. Everything else is charged extra. As a rule of thumb, try to have at least $2000 USD if you want to conservatively splash out while in NYC.
Are the tours guided?
Yes some tours you book are guided. Some tours such as the hop on hop of tours are guided but are not exclusive. You will generally be part of a large group but you can always request to book a tour with a private guide. The shopping tours are guided and can be set up for small groups.
Can we follow our own schedule?
Absolutely. You are FREE to do what you want and when you want it. Just make sure that you follow the hours set for each tours and activities. You may be require to call and confirm certain tours and activities.
Is our payment secure?
Yes. We guarantee your accommodation but all other component of your holiday are guaranteed by each of the various providers such as airlines, tour operators
What about refund?
Our shopping trips to New York are subject to our general terms and conditions on cancellations and refunds. Please refer to the policies.
What is included?

Can I spread the payment for my trip?

Are these trips considered "packaged holidays"?
Not exactly because we are not travel agents and we do not offer the same type of services. We have simply negotiated the best rates with airlines and local new York operator to bring you the best experience of a trip to New York City. Although we offer you accommodations, flights and transfers, this is more like a composed holiday than packaged holidays. Each component are subject to their individual terms and conditions.
Are this prices bonded?
As we are not tour operators nor your typical travel agency, we do not offer bonded tours and travel packages. The components of our offers are each subject to their individual terms and conditions.
Can I book my own flights?
Yes. We try to get you the best rate but we cannot always guarantee it. If you find a better rate than the one quoted to you, we will gladly swap.
What about taxes?
Taxes are applicable. You will always be informed when you must pay taxes.
Can we chose another accommodation than the one offered?
It will depend of your budget and you requirements. The apartment offered as part of these trip are well located and offer tremendous benefits to the guests. If for any reasons you do not want to stay there, someone in our team will try to accommodate you as best as possible. You may be charge extra.
